Camper Vamper (Jimmy and Caroline) built my campervan in 2021. I brought them an ex-lease and empty VW Crafter LWB and they turned it into a tiny home on wheels. Builds look amazing when they’re finished!


I got in touch with Caroline and Jimmy after following them for a while online and seeing the vans they’ve converted before.
They have been amazing to work with from start to finish. Jimmy gave me some tips in terms of what to look for generally in a base vehicle which was really helpful.
I met up with them initially for a consultation and have to say, they went over and above to include everything I wanted in my dream van. The quality of the build is second to none thanks to Jimmy’s great work and Caroline’s interior design skills making sure the builds look amazing when they’re finished!

You have helped us to live our dream!


We loved working with Jimmy and Caroline to build our van. They are just two lovely people, who are genuine in their dealings and guide you through every step of the process and we really needed our hands held as it was our first van. The finish on the van is absolutely beautiful, so homely and stylish but practical and as I write this review we are sitting in the bottom of our little Volkwagon Transporter whilst our boys sleep snugly in their pop top roof above. I promise you won’t regret it.


I spent around 1 year pricing around and speaking to many camper conversion companies in Ireland but couldn’t decide. I felt after speaking to many of them they just wanted to know was I going to book my van in or not and didn’t seem to have time to speak or explain the process and cost or what I wanted or actually needed, which is an extremely important part of a camper conversion.

However, this all changed when I spoke to Caroline and Jimmy, they immediately understood what I wanted and were willing to work with me to achieve that. At no point did I feel they just wanted something included for their benefit, it always felt like they were literally spending their own money on their own van in terms of the personal experience they gave throughout the build. I can honestly say I have never dealt with such honest and hardworking people, I really felt part of the build and that was very important to me.

I can’t recommend Camper Vamper enough. If you are reading this and are undecided/unsure about going ahead and don’t know what you want, just pick up the phone and speak to Caroline or Jimmy, I promise you won’t regret it.
