WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
I spent around 1 year pricing around & speaking to many camper conversion companies in Ireland but couldn’t decide. I felt after speaking to many of them they just wanted to know was I going to book my van in or not and didn’t seem to explain the process or what I actually needed. However, this all changed when I spoke to Caroline and Jimmy, they immediately understood what I wanted and at no point did I feel they just wanted something included for their benefit. I can honestly say I have never dealt with such honest and hardworking people.
I can’t recommend Camper Vamper enough. If you are reading this and are undecided/unsure about going ahead and don’t know what you want, just pick up the phone and speak to Caroline or Jimmy, I promise you won’t regret it.
Just saying we are delighted with our van conversion is an understatement. It has far out-striped our hopes & expectations. Simply put we love it.
Caroline & Jimmy are a pleasure to work with, a fountain of knowledge. We collected our van & having a ferry to catch embarked immediately on a months trip. There were a few teething issues that emerged which Jimmy was able to walk us through mainly due to our novice ignorance in how things worked. An issue with a new product installed had a design fault, Jimmy put aside a day on our return trip home to dismantle & fix the issues. The support & care for every detail being right is wonderful both during the build and afterwards.
Thank you Jimmy & Caroline for what you do with such professionalism, love, care & attention to detail. Don’t hesitate to engage these two if you want the best quality conversion.
We loved working with Jimmy and Caroline to build our van. They are just two lovely people, who are genuine in their dealings and guide you through every step of the process and we really needed our hands held as it was our first van. The finish on the van is absolutely beautiful, so homely and stylish but practical and as I write this review we are sitting in the bottom of our little Volkwagon Transporter whilst our boys sleep snugly in their pop top roof above. We are parked up outside a beach in Waterford and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Camper Vamper. You have helped us to live our dream! And we totally recommend you guys to everyone who comes to your door!
Camper Vamper (Jimmy and Caroline) built my campervan in 2021. I brought them an ex-lease and empty VW Crafter LWB and they turned it into a tiny home on wheels. I could not be happier with their work! My van is stunning, comfortable and high spec. They worked closely with me to understand my needs for the van and really took the time to make sure the design was right. When you invest in such a large purchase, you want to trust the people who are doing the work. If I had to do it again, I’d choose Camper Vamper every time! They are professional and passionate about the work they do. I highly recommend you trust them to build your van.
After researching several conversion companies for years, I found Camper Vamper from Limerick. They have a fantastic and unique styling to their conversions and the pictures on their website and instagram convinced me. I was NOT disappointed.
Caroline & Jimmy lead this exceptionally professional business with 100% dedication to their craft and art. My van turned out exactly as envisioned. Beautiful and full of high tech. From solar, WiFi, double heating, massive custom batteries, security sensors – they can do it all. Project Dream Van!
Jimmy and Caroline built us the van we could only dream of!
The whole process was really easy as Caroline was always readily available to answer any queries and both herself and Jim understood our unique family requirements for the build.
The standard of finish on what they they delivered is top class and we could not recommend them highly enough.
Without doubt the best van conversion company in the country.
Camper Vamper is an exceptional service. Both Caroline and Jimmy are highly professional and extremely gifted at what they do. I got my Opel Vivaro converted and I am so happy with how it turned out. The lovely finishing touches and personalised features added to the build was a lovely surprise to get on the day I collected it and really showed how much I was listened to and how they got to know me and what I liked. It really was lovely and meant so much.
If you want to convert a van then look no further than Camper Vamper. You will absolutely not be sorry and I highly recommend them. They are genuine, hardworking and kind people and are so easy get on with.
We’re delighted with how our camper conversion turned out. Honestly can’t recommend Caroline and Jimmy enough, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.
Just received back our VW transporter conversion and we couldn’t be happier.
The workmanship that Jimmy displays and the knowledge and expertise that Caroline brings, makes this couple a dream team to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a conversion. Top class business.
Camper Vamper converted our Mercedes Sprinter from panel van to an amazing bespoke camper van, specific to our exact requirements. Jimmy and Caroline’s expertise and professionalism is unrivalled and the end result was better than we could have even hoped for.
Can’t recommend them enough. If you want a bespoke camper van of highest quality, look no further.
I got in touch with Caroline and Jimmy after following them for a while online and seeing the vans they’ve converted before.
They have been amazing to work with from start to finish. Jimmy gave me some tips in terms of what to look for generally in a base vehicle which was really helpful.
I met up with them initially for a consultation and have to say, they went over and above to include everything I wanted in my dream van. The quality of the build is second to none thanks to Jimmy’s great work and Caroline’s interior design skills making sure the builds look amazing when they’re finished!
I would definitely recommend Camper Vamper if you’re thinking of converting a van!
We had an amazing experience with Camper Vamper! They recently converted our van into a camper van, and the attention to detail and craftsmanship was outstanding. The entire process was seamless, from initial consultation to the final handover. Caroline & Jimmy are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, offering great advice and making sure all our needs were met. The quality of the materials and the finish is top-notch. I’m thrilled with how the van turned out, and it has exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend Camper Vamper to anyone looking to convert their van into the perfect home on wheels!
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jimmy and Caroline. From initial enquiry to eventual handover of our beautiful VW T6.1 conversion and the many emails and calls in between we were never in doubt that we were dealing with the best. Camper Vamper are very professional in every way, workmanship, paperwork, knowledge in all things van building, communicating skills are second to none from both Caroline and Jimmy. If you are in the market for a camper conversion do not look past Camper Vamper, you will not be disappointed.
Camper Vamper is not a van conversion company; it’s a dream-fulfillment-centre. Caroline & Jimmy – thank you so much for making our nearly 20-year-old dream a reality. Absolutely delighted with the van. Entire process has been ultra-smooth from start to finish.
Workmanship, technology, customer service and professionalism easily reaches 11/10 score. If anybody considers converting their van I can assure you that you would be wasting your time to look for any other options than Camper Vamper!
I cannot recommend CamperVamper highly enough.
I was pretty nervous about committing to such a significant outlay, for something that was really just an idea in my head. But I shouldn’t have worried. The guys did a brilliant job and I’m delighted with the result.
I can be a bit little bit ‘particular’ but Jimmy’s workmanship was excellent, and communication was 100% throughout, with Caroline always on hand to provide a bit of guidance or reassurance. And even now, weeks/months after pickup, they’re still available anytime I need something. If you’re thinking about it – just do it!
From initial consult to the day we collected our dream camper van conversion. The craftwork, attention to detail and finish were unbelievable. The knowledge and ideas they can offer you. I would recommend only Camper Vamper. Overall excellent to work with. So easy to deal with. Hard to do for some people, but put your trust in them. You won’t be sorry.
Caroline & Jimmy converted our VW T6.1 LWB and we are over the moon with it!! Very professional with great attention to detail, we love their style and couldn’t recommend them enough! 5 stars!
We worked with Jimmy & Caroline on a long wheel base, high Sprinter conversion and we absolutely love the finished product. They are very nice people and having worked on high spec conversions as well as being van people themselves, they really understand all the options and how to maximise the potential of a space and how to incorporate what you’d need, what you’d like etc. They really know their stuff on the technical side and we are also very happy with our battery set up. They are also dog-friendly! We would definitely recommend them, good things are worth the wait!
