Frequently Asked Questions

Please check our FAQs below before emailing us, as your answer can possibly be quickly found there. If you haven’t found your answer in our FAQs, please use the form to reach out and we will be in touch.

Visits to our workshop are by appointment only. As we are now booked out for 2025, we are no longer arranging workshop visits – apologies. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions on this.

We are now at full capacity for 2025 and are no longer taking bookings, apologies.
We will reopening bookings on April 1st, to start taking bookings for 2026. If you are interested in working with us for your van conversion and would like to be notified when the booking system reopens, please click here to enter your details and we will add you to the email list to be notified. This will also be announced on our Instagram page, which you can see here

First step, please email us or call us to discuss availability and the package you are booking.

Following this, to book a confirmed conversion slot, a non-refundable deposit of €1,000 is required – which will be invoiced via email.

Although non-refundable, your deposit can be moved to an alternative/next available slot if your situation changes, as long as enough notice is given. You can see more on this in our T&Cs here. Please familiarise yourself with these before making a booking.

We have a number of van conversion packages which you can check out here.

Yes, we do offer a poptop installation service for self-builders. However, please note, we carry out installations on empty-shell vans only so this would need to be done prior to any other conversion work beginning. We do not retrofit poptops onto already converted or part converted vans, apologies.

No, we don’t offer a part-conversion service. It is only full conversion projects only that we do. In addition to this, we do offer a poptop installation service (on empty, non-converted vans only) – please note, this is the only individual service that we offer.

No, we do not stock or sell any conversion products to the public.
However, we will from 2024 onwards have a small selection of converted vans for sale each year. These vans will be converted by us and will be for sale as we have the opportunity to complete them in between client builds. Any vans for sale will be popped up on our Instagram page, which you can follow here.

No, it is panel van conversions that we specialise in. Note, our packages are only suitable for the following van types – VW Transporter, Renault Trafic, Opel Vivaro, Transit Custom (Smaller conversions) and Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Renault Master, Peugeot Boxer/Fiat Ducato (Larger conversions). We don’t carry out conversion work on larger Transit vans, lorries, buses or ex-ambulances, apologies.

Unfortunately, this is not a service that we currently offer. All clients supply the van to us directly for the conversion process. However, we are more than happy to give our advice on the type of van that might best suit your conversion requirements.

No. Once complete, your vehicle will be tested by a registered SQI engineer and at the end of your build, you will received your SQI certification. You will then need to present this, along with all other required documentation to the Revenue. More details can be found on the Revenue website.
